SlowMeDown (2018) Moving image installation
SlowMeDown (2018) uses material derived from various iterations of Maria Hassabi’s live installation STAGING (2017). Blending collage and post-production effects, the work builds a hyper-real frame that augments and participates in the construction of a “performative surreality.”
*** For its presentation, a large free standing wall is set on the STAGING: pink carpet.
